George's, our gourmet table

Discover the refined cuisine of George's, the restaurant of Hôtel de Toiras, and its spacious terrace of effortlessly relaxed elegance, opening onto breathtaking views over the port of Saint-Martin-de-Ré. Its contemporary cuisine, rooted in the local terroir, celebrates the finest produce, seafood above all, to be savoured alongside the wines of our cellar. The elegant, air-conditioned dining room of George's welcomes both hotel guests and outside visitors in the morning, for breakfast and brunch served from 8 am to noon. Through the day, the sun-drenched terrace invites you to linger: the Clarisse menu for a meal at any hour, the Blue Note Bar for a drink. For a more singular experience, "Le Panier du Marché" invites the guests of our hotels to accompany Chef Ronan Fillatre to the local market, selecting the day's catch at his side, subject to availability (and exclusively for guests of our hotels). Each evening, a valet service welcomes diners at the door. George's is open from 7 pm to 10 pm, daily in July and August.
