Discover George’s, the gourmet restaurant at Hôtel de Toiras, and its expansive terrace, where relaxed elegance meets breathtaking views over the port of Saint-Martin-de-Ré. Rooted in the local terroir, its contemporary cuisine showcases the finest ingredients, with a particular emphasis on seafood, to be enjoyed alongside wines from our cellar. In the morning, George’s welcomes both hotel guests and outside visitors for breakfast and brunch, served from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. During the day, the sunlit terrace invites guests to linger over the Blue Note Bar menu. For a more distinctive experience, the “Market Basket” offering invites guests to accompany Chef Ronan Fillatre to the local market and select the day’s fish at his side, subject to availability and reserved exclusively for guests of our hotels. A valet service is available each evening in front of the hotel. George’s is open from Wednesday to Sunday, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.
